Software and delivery
Information Systems at TU Munich. Shipped production software for the Bavarian police and for Artemis, the learning platform used at a dozen universities.
Your tools, wired together by n8n workflows and AI agents. Built within a week. Owned by you.
Right now, you are the integration.
Every handoff is a person. Usually you.
We wire it together. You review the exceptions.
Three automations we build often. Each runs on its own and tells you when a human is needed.
Inquiry in, qualified lead in HubSpot, sales pinged, three slots sent. Before anyone types a word.
Invoice arrives by email, amounts and IBAN read, booked in DATEV, large ones wait for your click.
WhatsApp and Instagram questions answered from your own documents, around the clock. Unsure cases go to a human.
Figures are typical for a small team. Yours come out of the call.
The three above are examples. We build whatever your process needs, on n8n, Make or Zapier.
No account managers, no handoffs. Munich, TU Munich, reachable.

AI agents and automation
Information Systems at TU Munich, AI engineer at BMW by day. Builds the agents and n8n workflows behind our 5.0 Fiverr rating.
AI-generated exam questions in production at about 12 universities.
iOS app replacing paper logbooks for the Bavarian police. Deployment and CI/CD.
iOS app and teacher dashboard with a computer-vision pipeline and an LLM tutor, built in TU Munich’s iPraktikum with Apple.
CRM, email and AI-agent workflows delivered through Fiverr. Two Workomation clients so far.
No workshop, no discovery phase, no slide deck.
Slots usually within a day.
Scope, price, date. Or we tell you it is not worth it.
On your n8n, with your credentials.
We walk you through it together, briefly. Then it is yours.
14 to 30 days included. Care plan optional.
If the call shows nothing worth automating, we say so. No pitch.
Book 20 minutesOne week is typical for a single workflow. Multi-workflow systems get a fixed date in the offer.
Anything beyond one workflow gets a custom offer with fixed scope, price and date.
One n8n workflow, two tools connected.
An AI model working inside the automation.
Multi-agent, end to end. Every integration possible.
For simple workflows: monitoring, fixes when a third-party API changes, small adjustments as your process shifts.
For agent workflows and systems: everything in Basic, plus prompt re-tuning, model changes and multi-agent monitoring.
Yes, and this is the most common way our projects start. In the 20-minute call you describe your week: the tasks you repeat, the tools you use, where things get copied by hand. We come back with a map of what is worth automating, what is not, and roughly what each piece costs.
That is normal for anything beyond one workflow. You get a custom offer with fixed scope, fixed price and a fixed date. The packages exist as anchors, not as limits.
No. At handover we walk you through it in a short call: what each workflow does, how to pause it, and what to check if something looks wrong. Clients with no technical background run these every day. If you want to learn the internals, add a training session.
Yes, all three, plus OpenRouter, Perplexity and local models via Ollama. We recommend a model based on your task and your budget rather than defaulting to the most expensive one, and we build in cost guardrails so a runaway loop cannot bill you thousands overnight.
Yes, and it is a good chunk of our work. Share the workflow JSON or add us to your instance as a read-only user. We audit it, tell you what is actually broken versus what is only fragile, and quote the fix. If a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than a repair, we tell you that instead.
If it has an API, it can be connected. n8n’s HTTP node plus custom code handles anything with a documented endpoint. If the documentation is bad or missing, we reverse-engineer the calls from the web app. The only genuine dead end is software with no API and no web interface at all.
You do, completely. We build on your n8n instance, cloud or self-hosted, using your credentials, and you get the workflow JSON. Nothing runs on infrastructure we control, so there is no switch we could flip and no subscription to us that keeps your business running.
Every workflow we build has an error path that alerts you in Slack or email with what failed and where, so you find out from the system rather than from a customer. Within your support window we fix genuine build faults free.
Yes. Starter and Agentic include 14 days of bug-fix support, the Automation system 30. Beyond that, a monthly care plan covers monitoring, breakage from third-party API changes and small adjustments: Basic care for simple workflows, AI care for agent workflows and systems, where prompts and models need re-tuning over time.
Anything inside the agreed scope is covered, including revisions. Genuinely new work gets a priced extra before we start it, never a surprise on delivery. If the scope changes enough that the original plan no longer makes sense, we redraw the map together before any more building happens.
Pick whoever is free first. We look at your week together and tell you what is worth automating.
